Click any row to open the athlete drawer — see eligibility status, evaluation notes, and outreach history.
Click Draft email → inside the drawer to jump straight to composing for that athlete.

Personal — a tailored email to one athlete whose contact window is open. Select the athlete from the list on the left, then hit Generate with AI for a full draft using her evaluation as private context. The AI never quotes your notes — it only uses positive observations to inform tone.
Bulk intro — a compliant generic introduction sent across a segment (position, grad year). Safe for athletes not yet contact-open.
Newsletter — a program news edition for the full list. Generic by design. Click image slots in the preview to add photos from Rice Athletics or upload your own.
Freeform — an open scratchpad. Type any prompt and hit Generate with AI. Examples: "Write three Instagram captions celebrating our conference title", "Draft a note to a recruit's parents about Rice academics", "Make this paragraph shorter: [paste text]". Copy the output and use it wherever you need it.

Nothing is ever sent automatically. Every draft stays local until you copy it into your email client.
Hit Save as draft to record it in the log. Hit Log as sent after you've actually sent it.
The Log tab tracks all outreach by athlete with reply-rate metrics.

Athletes highlighted in red/orange are not yet contact-open under NCAA rules. Personalized email is blocked for them automatically. You can still use Bulk intro or Newsletter to reach them with generic material.
